Delivery & Cancellations

We deliver across the UK - including highlands & islands.

We deliver all across the UK using royal mail or parcel force. We operate a flat delivery charge of £3.50 per order - unless you're order is over £45 in which case it's FREE.  Make sure you select the free delivery option otherwise you will be charged delivery and unfortunately you will not get it refunded !

 

Your Right to Cancel – Unwanted Items

You may cancel the contract at any time but no later than 7 working days after the day you received the product by:

  1. sending the notice of cancellation by email ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or
  2. where you have already received the goods, following our returns authorisation procedure – by completing the returns request form on our website. We will provide you with a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorisation number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Items that are excluded from the right to cancel include the following: (a) goods made to specification or otherwise personalised; (b) unsealed optical media (such as DVD’s, CD’s, blu-rays, video games and computer software); (c) leisure services or other activities in the form of vouchers that have expired; and (d) used hard drives.

We will refund your credit card once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to qtclothing.co.uk or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.
